The name of the wine stands for the harvest day (October 1, 2015) when the Moon was in Aries. The perfectly healthy bunches were harvested and were gently pressed. The juice fermented in steel tank and then it was aged in a variety of amphoras. Finally, the wine was bottled in November, 2016.
