Cabernet Sauvignon 2013

We harvested Cabernet Sauvignon on October 30, 2013. We destemmed the clusters into large oak barrels, where the juice was fermenting for 3 weeks. After separating the skins and the wine, we aged it for one year in used oak barrels. Then after bottling we left the wine again to age in order to develop its required matured characteristics.

Tasting notes

Round and full-bodied, it warms not only the soul but the heart as well. It is a real treat for red lovers.
