This sparkling is the little "sister" of our Rosé 2013. During the birth of the rosé we recognized differencies between vat and vat. After making a selection, the blend was carbonated and bottled.

The harvest period for rosé wines fell to mid September. Because of the hot weather we scheduled the works to dawn's early light and evenings when the sparkling Vesper star ('Esthajnal' in Hungarian) waited for us on the clear sky.

Tasting notes

On the nose and in palate: elegant, moderate fruits, mostly grapefruit. The vibrancy of the acids is refined with an enjoyable carbonation.
