Olaszrizling 2013
The grapes were harvested in the beginning of October, 2013. After pressing the juice, it went to a stainless steel tank and started natural fermentation. After the process we maturated the wine on lees to achieve fullness. The young wine showed such clear personality, that we decieded not age it in barrels. Bottled in April, 2014.
Tasting notes
On the nose and on the palate it shows the classic spices of Olaszrizling: white flowers, white peach, almond, minerality. Light, layered and creamy.
