Rosé 2014

Due to the exceptionally rainy vintage we didn't manage to harvest healthy Cabernet Sauvignon clusters. Therefore we decided to pick the nice, botritised clusters. We have destemmed these and macerated them for one and a half hours, pressed them and racked the juice into steel tank to ferment.

Tasting notes

On the palate it is a real burst of red fruits like sour and sweet cherry. A hearty rosé wine which can easily beat a light red!
