Talált szőlő 2015
This is the first time that we didn't blend Pinot Blanc into our light white wine, but made it separately. Our goal was to prepare a straight forward, clean, light & airy wine. We harvested the grapes on September 7, 2015. The clusters were pressed without sulfur and destemming. The juice fermented for two months at around 14°C in steel tank.
