At the end of the sunny but cool October we had three harvest days. We managed to collect beautiful, ripe bunches with intensive and vibrant acidity. The juice was fermented in stainless steel tanks and oak barrels. Than a small amount was aged in oak barrels as well for a few months. The three harvest days have given the final blend different styles: varying from precise, focused to thick-creamy character.

In this vineyard we started to work only from the beginning of 2013. The slope is situated under the small chapel called 'Lengyel-kápolna' that is probably the most beautiful part of our hill, Szent György-hegy. It is an interesting plot with a unique personality.

Tasting notes

On the nose: sharp Riesling character mixing with white flowers, citruses, peach and minerality

On the palate: focused, moderate oaky characteristics with salty, mineral finish
